Sculpting done

Done with the sculpt, did the basemesh in maya and the rest in mudbox. Highpoly count currently at 14 million tris. Did a decimation in meshlab and now I’m doing the retopo in Topogun.

Result is pretty close to the concept I did during the first week, only did some minor changes; like the “spikes” on the head and some adjustments to the head and teeth. Decided to do the scales similar to those on an alligator.concept2
