The bridge is pretty much done now, the shader for the lanterns is the only thing left!

Right now I’m working on the big tree, here’s the “sketch” I made in Sculptris, hopefully I can just finetune this one into a highpoly. I’m making the basemesh/lowpoly from it right now(picture 2)

    • Yep, been looking at a few different tutorials, haven’t decided exactly how I want it to look yet, been trying it out a little though =)

  1. I don’t know where you’re at with the ground texture, but you should really mix it up with some vertex paint blendtexture. Like adding mud in the deeper parts, and paint around objects in the scene. Add mesh details similar to the ground to emphasize the texture and make it less flat etc.

    You should focus on trying to get everything to make sense. Make everything belong.
